He measured Geekbench 6 scores of 1087 single-core and 3183 multi-core, plus CrystalDiskMark numbers around 2738 MB/s read and 2287 MB/s write on the bundled NVMe SSD, respectable for a $219 machine running a 2019-vintage chip. Half-Life 2 held above 80 fps at 1080p, Fortnite stayed playable at 720p low, and Doom Eternal hovered around 30 fps with reduced settings. Cyberpunk 2077, predictably, was a slideshow.
He calls the chassis “very cheap plastic” and notes power draw around 40W under load (higher than ARM single-board alternatives like the Raspberry Pi 5, which he was comparing against).
